3.5 Accounts registered using false, misleading or impersonated information will be suspended and any balances forfeited. pk444 reserves the right to report suspected fraud to relevant authorities.
4.1 All financial transactions on pk444 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, Neteller, Visa and Mastercard, subject to availability and applicable limits.

5.2 Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended except where expressly provided for in the relevant betting rules (e.g., cash-out feature where available).
5.3 pk444 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an error occurred in the odds, for example due to a data feed malfunction or human input error. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player.
5.4 Winnings from cancelled or void events will not be paid. In-play bets settled prior to an event being declared void will stand unless a clear and obvious error is involved.
5.5 pk444 operates a maximum payout cap per event or market. Players are advised to review applicable payout limits before placing high-stakes bets.
6.1 pk444 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published at the time of the offer.
6.2 Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games and time limits will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 pk444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to bonus hunting, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or colluding with other players, will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
6.4 Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred.
